A very important P

All the Ps in marketing are important but at the moment one seems to be getting more airtime than usual - Payment.
There are some debates at to which p this actually is because it could be classed in the basic P but possibly warrants its very own.
That aside it certainly is hitting the big time with government policy encouraging payment to SMEs within 10 days. This could see terms reduce in future from the silly 90 days we have been enduring or am I being naive?
