Thought about mentoring?

Mentoring is a powerful and effective way to help people progress with their personal and career development and I have to say it has helped me enormously this past year.

CIM North wants to encourage mentoring between members and has set up a facility to bring mentors and mentees together using our social and business networking site - Mvine.

HOW DO I FIND A MENTOR?

To find a mentor, simply go into Mvine through the regional website at www.cimnorth.co.uk then click on ‘member search’ and in the drop down menu tick yes to ‘looking for a mentor’. This will then bring up a list of mentors on Mvine and you will be able to choose from them based on geographical proximity or specific sector or skills knowledge that you might be looking for.

HOW DO I BECOME A MENTOR?

To register as a mentor, simply update your profile on Mvine through the regional website at www.cimnorth.co.uk checking ‘yes’ in the mentor box.

STUCK?

If you encounter any problems, do not have an Mvine log in, or would like to receive our mentoring factsheet simply email me dianeearles@cim.co.uk
